It is crucial to support your puppy when they are experiencing new things that might be scary to them. A positive attitude and puppy training classes are beneficial. They always say, “It is not a poorly trained dog, but a poorly trained owner,” so making sure you give your puppy both emotional support and training is very important. It is essential to have your Vizsla or Weimaraner puppy be exposed to others and new environments. Such as dog parks and walks with you. Give your puppy time to come around new dogs, and do not force them to do so. Introduce your puppy to new sights, smells and sounds. Socialization is vital whenever your vet has given your puppy all the vaccinations to do so.
